All payments for any online or offline workshop or session must be made in full at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods are those supported by Razorpay.
Access to workshop content is granted only to the registered participant after successful payment and is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their device, software, and internet connection meet the technical requirements needed to access the workshop.
Yogatute Health does not offer refunds for any online or offline workshop or session. By registering and making payment, you agree that no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including technical issues, personal conflicts, or schedule changes.
All workshop content, including text, images, videos, audio, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Yogatute Health.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Yogatute Health.
All information shared in the workshops or sessions is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participants should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions based on the workshop content.
Participants acknowledge their own physical condition and medical history and understand that yoga or related activities may carry a risk of injury in certain circumstances.
Participants agree to move within their limits, stop any activity that causes discomfort, and accept that Yogatute Health is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss arising from participation in the workshop or session.
Participants may not promote or advertise their own businesses, services, or WhatsApp groups during any workshop, session, or related support group. Any such behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
If participants choose to meet anyone they connect with through Yogatute Health workshops or sessions, they do so entirely at their own risk, and Yogatute Health will not be responsible for any consequences of such meetings or interactions.
Registrations and access rights for workshops or sessions are personal and cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to any other individual or entity.
Yogatute Health reserves the right to cancel any workshop or session at any time and for any reason. In such cases, participants will receive a refund of the registration fee paid.
Registration fees are not transferable or adjustable against future courses or batches once the booking amount has been received.
Participants must behave in a professional, respectful manner at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct may lead to immediate removal from the workshop or session without any refund.
Yogatute Health strives to provide a seamless online experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Participants are responsible for their own connectivity, and Yogatute Health will make reasonable efforts to address technical issues but is not liable for disruptions beyond its control.
Yogatute Health is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to any workshop or session, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
In all cases, the total liability of Yogatute Health will be limited to the total amount paid by the participant for the specific workshop or session.
Yogatute Health respects participant privacy and does not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or to deliver the services.
By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined in Yogatute Health's privacy practices for legitimate business purposes.
Participants are strictly prohibited from recording any part of an online or offline workshop or session, including audio, video, or screen capture, without prior written consent from Yogatute Health.
Participants may not modify, edit, or otherwise alter any workshop content in any form.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yogatute Health and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their participation in the workshop or any breach of these Terms of Service.
Yogatute Health may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for reviewing the current version before registering or attending any workshop or session.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
By registering for any Yogatute Health workshop or session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
